thanksgiving!!

Well, am now in the middle of rushing yet another paper.. Life has been one hectic thing after another with work and more work.. Spent the last weekend kinda just not doing anything but simply rest.

have been extremely blessed by my roommates. Cant believe how loving people can be. After my mid-term, was totally exhausted. Had a group meeting with my cute friend from Dubai!! Then waited for everyone to get home before going out to have dinner @ Friendly's (yes I did eat ice-cream for you daddy..) and catching the movie, Happy Feet. It's sucha cute movie!! And it's so sweet with the penguin learning how to find himself and be happy with that. The movie reminded me of how we need to focus on what God tells us to do and not what everyone else says/wants. We all need to listen to His music and dance to His tune.. :)

Headed home after and watched a dvd, John Tucker Must Die. That seriously is a chick flick. Had some drama go on after that which made me extremely angry but will not dwell on it.

Woke up to get pancakes on Saturday. They were banana filled ones!! It was a place called In A Pickle, and they have the best breakfast in Waltham.. Delicious!! Rested, played around with my apple and then had a slumber party in Beth and Katie's room.. We even put up a fort!

Sunday was a day of meetings and cleaning the room. We attempted to walk approx 3 miles to a store in the cold and dark (it was 5 in the afternoon) but gave up after about 15 min. Headed back to the room with a headache and ended up sleeping in the common area. It was funny that at 7pm, the common area was pitch black and everyone that was home was sleeping. I ended up draggin myself into my room and slept all the way til this morning. Had a number of weird dreams, e.g1. that we didnt have any toilet paper left so beth went to the restroom on the first floor to steal some (this was apparently true..) and e.g2 that I flew home a month early on the 23rd of november without taking my finals and that my parents were contemplating whether to spend an additional $3000 to send me back for my papers. Think I have been eating too much sugar or sth.. My brain is rotting!!

Writing a paper for tmr's presentation. Topic: male influence in labor and consumer culture.. Was freaking about it earlier cos I felt so lost but God answered my prayers and switched the lightbulb on!! I dont deserve His goodness..

Wish me luck in my presentation!! Will be going over to katie's house for thanksgiving with her family.. Bought chocolates for her family (just as you told me too parents..) See you all soon!!
